Sad News: Tracfone Update

Just to let everyone know, Tracfone is no longer selling the Nokia 1100 as part of the double 60-minute card bundle. Maybe they've run out of them? But anyway the phone is out of stock so the only option for the "twofer" deal is the less attractive, older Nokia 2285...sad...but maybe this means that Tracfone will finally put up the Nokia 1112 for sale online! Who knows...

But speaking of Nokia 2285s, does anyone here want to buy the phones, or know of anyone who wants to buy the phones? I'd give good money to know of someone who would buy them, and would be willing to sell them for cheap, in bulk...

I don't know why they don't sell the Nokia 1112 online...this phone is availible in most stores everywhere in my area (Pittsburgh, Pa. area), it sells for $20 and $25(+bonus 60 mins.)...don't they have it in your area?, may I ask...Thank you.

My area is CDMA only so no. But I'm betting they're available everywhere there's a sizeable GSM population...heh everywhere except online...

When I checked tracfone right after reading this, I saw the 1100 as the 2 60-min card special; maybe it's based on zip code and which warehouse they send it from.

Do you think tracfone will open up a new RAF program? (I dont think so, I think its gone forever)...if their not gonna open it up again, I'd wish they would get it off their website.....A good idea for them would to give all new phones you buy the 120 mins. upon activation as a one time deal, or aleast 60 mins. like they do with some phones...what do you think?...thank you.
