Yes, both the Motorola c155 and v170 get free incoming text. And no, the v176 doesn't. And I do not sell the v170 or c155 in any shape, form or fashion. You'll have to just get it from Tracfone.com. zHope this helps.
By the way, aside from the dis-inclusion of free incoming text, the v176 looks like a great ph0one, with a color display that is actually worthy of a flip phone!
